Quickturn USB Checklist:

  1. QuickTurn Duplication cannot, and does not, check any submission for spelling, grammar, or any other errors. The design will be printed as it appears during the approval step. It is the sole responsibility of you, the customer to ensure that all materials submitted for printing are formatted correctly.
  2. Printing errors attributed to the customer are not subject to free reprint. Customer may correct their issue and reprint the order at 100% of the cost for each reprinted item. Shipping will be set as UPS ground for reprints and will be paid for by the customer. Upgrades to shipping will be available at standard rates. Errors caused by QuickTurn Duplication will be reprinted and shipped free of charge.
  3. QuickTurn Duplication does not censor or refuse any material, but neither does it review material to make sure it is in compliance with the law. QuickTurn Duplication accepts no liability for materials that are subject to copyright or trademark protections or that are otherwise in violation of the law. QuickTurn Duplication will not be held accountable for possession of illegal materials or illegal use of materials in connection with www.quickturnduplication.com. Violation of these terms of service will indemnify QuickTurn Duplication against any legal action.
  4. QuickTurn Duplication guarantees prints will not be defective in accordance with industry standards. If a print is found to be defective, then you may contact QuickTurn Duplication for a reprint or other compensation. QuickTurn Duplication must be contacted via e-mail at sales@quickturnduplication.com or by phone at 952-451-7939 within 30 days of receiving your order. If product is deemed defective, one of the following resolutions will be offered:
    1. QuickTurn Duplication will reprint with the same production and delivery terms extending from the time of resolution.
    2. QuickTurn Duplication will authorize an RMA number for you. We will contact you within one business day of your initial query to help issue your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Contact with the representative must be established within three business days to verify the request, and the package must be received by QuickTurn Duplication within 10 days after RMA is issued. Compensation will be processed only after an RMA has been issued and the entire product has been returned to QuickTurn Duplication, after which the refund transaction will take place within five business days. Samples will be required prior to any action being taken.
    3. Monetary compensation will only be offered for the cost of product on orders found to be defective due to a QuickTurn Duplication error. Shipping and handling charges may be compensated with store credit when applicable. Refunds will not be honored for customer errors (typos, incorrect file submission in accordance with our specifications, duplicate orders, and misunderstands of turnaround, slight color variances within four color (CMYK) industry standards for pleasing color, cutting and folding tolerances within stated limits on the website, and undeliverable packages/3rd delivery attempts and orders returned without an RMA.
  5. QuickTurn Duplication makes no guarantee about time in transit of any shipping methods. In the event an order is lost or misplaced while in transit, a notification of no receipt must be sent via e-mail to sales@quickturnduplication.com and include the invoice number. QuickTurn Duplication is allowed 5 business days from the time of notification to respond the resolutions below:
    1. QuickTurn Duplication will redirect the lost order with the same delivery terms extending from the time of resolution. Packages located by UPS will be rerouted to the customer promptly upon discovery. UPS requires a 10 business day window for refund of shipping costs.
  6. QuickTurn Duplication ships 99% of our USBs and packaging materials from our Minneapolis, Minnesota location. If a product needs to reach you by a specific date, please select a shipping method other than ground; otherwise your product may be delayed.
  7. Packages shipped outside of the United States may be charged a duty based on the receiving country's import tax. QuickTurn Duplication is not responsible for the payment of this fee.
  8. QuickTurn Duplication assumes no liability whatsoever to customers for any lost business or other damages, real or constructive. Buyer assumes full risk of possible delivery delays.
  9. QuickTurn Duplication cannot be held responsible for any inability to print on the product after purchase. QuickTurn Duplication does not refund, cancel or credit if the service failure is caused, in whole or in part, by: Acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  10. Orders may only be canceled through our phone (952) 451-7939 or email sales@quickturnduplication.com. Orders that have already printed cannot be canceled.
  11. QuickTurn Duplication reserves the right to contact you via phone, e-mail, or post mail regarding current and/or future orders placed with QuickTurn Duplication. Any customer may opt out of receiving future contact from QuickTurn Duplication at any time, by unsubscribing from our email correspondence.
  12. We will never provide your credit card or other payment details to any third party, including our corporate partners.
  13. You agree that you shall indemnify and defend QuickTurn Duplication, all parties from whom QuickTurn Duplication has licensed portions of content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to
    1. Your breach of these Terms of Service or
    2. any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic, or other material you incorporated into products that was not part of the standard site content.
